Storage space is limited and therefore the resort requests that materials be sent as close to the meeting date(s) as possible. (No more than three working days prior). All boxes shipped directly to the resort will incur a $10.00 handling fee. Any box larger than or in any combination of 100 pounds will need special arrangements.
